Website Forms

I choose the website for Badger Labs (https://www.badgerlabs.com/) for this review as they do have a contact page (https://www.badgerlabs.com/contact-us/) which contains a form to submit for information. This company provides analytical laboratory services to both individuals and businesses. Their website showcases their background, services provided, their credentials, resources at their disposal and also provides a way to contact them and make on-line payments.

Their contact form has 8 input fields:

I validated both pages for html syntax using the W3C Markup tool. The home page had 21 errors and 37 warnings. The contact page had 10 errors and 31 warnings. I also checked the W3C CSS validator and it returned 101 errors.

I would rate the site with an 8. I liked that the home page had a large image slide show symbolizing each of the services they offer with an embedded link on the image that leads to the appropriate page. I would rate the usability of the site at a 10. It was easy to navigate to the various areas and pages on the site with the home page giving a good overview of the company. I do feel that the site meets it's purpose as after visiting the site I would feel confident to make a decision about using the company for my particular need.
