There are two versions available. There is a free version and a premium version which is $14.99/year (new customers). The free version does everything the premium version does, but it only allows one to store a maximum of 15 entries.

Per this reviewer, kaspersky is one of the easiest to install, set up and use. The manager is downloaded from their site. Her experience was that set up of the free version took less than two minutes to complete.
